- This information is continually logged for the purpose of allowing us to track usage patterns on our site. This information is analyzed in aggregate fashion (for example to view the most popular page visited by users), rather than individually.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your information to any third parties. Your information is confidential at all times.
Access to Information
We will provide Web site registered users with access to only their information that we maintain about them, unique identifier information (e.g., user number or password) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which users made transactions, amounts and types of transactions) that we maintain about them, and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.
Web site complete self-service is a planned upgrade.
Registered users will be able to access and correct only their own information by visiting the planned My Account section of the Web site. Former Clients or Inactive Accounts
If you close an account or your account becomes inactive; or you are no longer a client, we will continue to treat and safeguard your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
What Do We Use Your Information For?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To improve our website - we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you
- To improve customer service - your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs

How Do We Protect Your Information?
Security
When we transfer and receive certain types of information through the Internet, such as program payment information, we redirect users to secure servers. This type of secure server encrypts all information that is passed from the user to the server so that it cannot be read along the way. When we receive information from you through the Internet, telephone, email, mail or facsimile we maintain rigid safeguarding procedures. Only those CPI individuals who need this information to perform their jobs are authorized to have access to client information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to prevent loss, misuse, intervention or alteration of your information to safeguard and protect your information. We will not sell, lease, rent or provide your client information to anyone. We use your information only for our everyday business purposes, such as preparing and processing your transactions, maintaining your account, internal reports or reports for you.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
These security measures include: password protected directories and databases to safeguard your information, SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely or PCI Scanning to actively protect our servers from hackers and other vulnerabilities.
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, form information, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do We Use Cookies?
Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
